About the role

Cleveland Clinic is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join our nationally recognized team at locations throughout Northeast Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Practice within a top-ranked, physician-led health system known for excellence in quality, safety, and outcomes
• Deliver care in a team-based medical home model with strong multidisciplinary support, including APPs, nurses, pharmacists, behavioral health, and care coordinators
• Benefit from a fully integrated Epic EMR, advanced population health tools, and robust value-based care infrastructure
• Locations in Northeast Ohio – Family Health & Surgery Centers and community-based practices across the Cleveland, Akron, and Canton areas

Requirements

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine
• Experience in Family Medicine preferred

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Current Medical License in good standing
• Passing scores on the USMLE or COMLEX exams

Pay

• Minimum salary: $240,000
• Maximum salary: $343,000
