Main responsibilities
- Purposefully schedule in-person meetings with farmers to develop a professional relationship and learn about their agronomy needs
- Aid operations with the leadership, scheduling, and follow-up with customers
- Develop agronomy skills and actively pursue opportunities to identify and solve business and agronomy challenges for customers
What we need from you
- Minimum of a two or four-year degree or equivalent experience in sales or an agriculture-related industry
- Strong agricultural aptitude with experience learning on the job to become an expert
- Examples of influencing others either in a leadership or sales relationship
- Strong business skills, including the ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, have a dedicated customer focus, and make solid decisions
- Experience working outside standard hours to meet and exceed customer needs

About the role
As a member of our AGRILAND FS Team, this individual will combine their work ethic and desire to learn with our training and development programs to make a direct impact on customers' entire acre, with a focus on seed, fertilizer, crop protection, and precision farming.
