Responsibilities

• Oversee crop management practices and implement sustainable farming techniques.
• Develop and implement new farming technologies and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural management or related field.
• Proven track record of successful farm management.
• Strong understanding of crop science and agronomic principles.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of soil health and fertility management.
• Experience with precision agriculture tools and technologies.
• Understanding of organic farming practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with farmers, employees, and stakeholders.

Skills

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
