About the role
The role involves managing client relationships, providing technical support, and implementing solutions to client problems.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Implement and troubleshoot software solutions to resolve client issues
- Conduct research and gather feedback from clients to improve services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for technology and a proactive approach to learning new technologies
Skills
- Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
