Responsibilities
- Manage soil moisture on assigned routes
- Assist in scouting fields for insects, weeds, diseases, and overall crop health
- Assist with soil sampling, field mapping, record keeping, and various crop production activities
- Perform potato sampling, testing, and grading
- Conduct analytical lab work, documentation, and interpretation of results
Requirements
- Background in Production Agriculture preferred
- Attention to detail, self-motivated, organized, and able to work without direct supervision
- Strong work ethic; honest, trustworthy, and passionate about farming
- Ability to follow company processes and procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
