About the role
This position is for a VP Agricultural Loan Officer who will work in a branch south of I-80 and Southeast of Lincoln, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of approximately $15 million, with the largest relationship being around $3 million. They will provide a strong foundation to build upon and will be responsible for managing a portfolio, calling customers, and performing solid credit analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately $15 million, with the largest relationship being around $3 million
- Provide support to the Market President, two additional loan officers, and a dedicated credit analyst
- Perform solid credit analysis and call customers as needed
- Experience with Moody's – Web Equity is a plus
Requirements
- At least three years of experience managing a portfolio
- Strong credit analysis skills
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
