Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a $20 million portfolio of ag and commercial loans, with individual credits up to $5 million.
• Leverage expertise in ag and commercial credit to build relationships with clients.
• Work with row crop and cow-calf operations and local businesses.

Requirements

• Proven track record in ag and commercial lending.
• Experience managing portfolios of $20 million or more.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of local agricultural markets and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ag and commercial lending.
• Professional certifications in ag and commercial lending preferred.
