About the role
We need seasonal employees to assist with field operations from February to December.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery such as tractors, choppers, farm trucks, forklifts, loaders and combines to assist in planting, spraying, side dressing and harvesting soybeans, wheat, and corn.
- Perform maintenance on equipment and do infield repairs.
- Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements and mechanical equipment.
- No commercial truck driving is required.
Qualifications
No commercial truck driving is required.
Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience.
Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
