Agiloft Developer Lead

About the role

The role is critical for driving digital transformation of contract and workflow management systems. As an Agiloft Developer, you will enable automation of contract lifecycles, reduce manual effort, improve compliance, and ensure faster turnaround of enterprise agreements.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Agiloft CLM solutions aligned with business requirements
• Build and maintain workflows, rules, and automation logic in Agiloft
• Develop integrations between Agiloft and enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
• Customize UI, forms, and reports in Agiloft platform
• Implement approval workflows, notifications, and escalation rules
• Troubleshoot issues in workflows, scripts, and integrations
• Optimize system performance and ensure scalability
• Work with business teams to translate requirements into system design

Requirements

• Strong expertise in: Agiloft configuration (Tables, Fields, Forms, Knowledge Bases)
• Workflow and business rules design
• Automation scripting (Agiloft scripting / JavaScript)
• Experience in CLM processes (contracts lifecycle: drafting, approvals, renewals)
• REST API / SOAP integrations with third-party systems
• SQL querying and data modeling
• Understanding of enterprise security and role-based access control

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of overall IT experience

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
