Agile Systems Engineer/Remote

About the Role

We are looking for an Agile Systems Engineer to support the design, development, integration, testing, and delivery of complex technical systems using Agile engineering practices. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to manage system requirements, interfaces, integration, and system-level verification.

Responsibilities

• Support system design, development, integration, and testing activities.
• Analyze, document, and manage system requirements.
• Work with Agile teams to define technical tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with software, hardware, QA, and other engineering teams.
• Support system architecture and interface definition.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Perform system integration, verification, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Track technical issues, risks, dependencies, and system performance.
• Prepare technical specifications, test plans, reports, and other engineering documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of engineering and development processes.

Skills

• Understanding of systems engineering principles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with requirements management and system integration.
• Basic knowledge of software and hardware development processes.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional Agile environment.
