Agile Scrum Master
About the role
Sev1Tech is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to support the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) Expeditionary Enterprise Systems and Services (E2S2) Division. NIWC Atlantic provides design, acquisition, and sustainment services for Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Information Technology (IT) systems.
Responsibilities
- Supports the NIWC Atlantic E2S2 Division with Agile Scrum Master responsibilities.
- Provides design, acquisition, and sustainment services for MCSC IT systems.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Active Secret or Higher-Level Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field (from an ABET accredited program).
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
- Experience in collection, review, and analysis of information to make recommendations to the Government.
- Ability to analyze relevant data, including annual revenues, employment, or expenditures.
- Ability to develop solutions to problems.
- Ability to prepare recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, its relationship with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
- Ability to prepare and solve mathematical models.
Core Working Hours
On-site 5-days a week, with one day optional telework. Core working hours are 0900 - 1500. Minimal travel is required for Program Increment Planning, occurring four times per year, one week each.

- Experience with ServiceNow applications.
- Experience with ADO.
- Experience with Technical projects.
- Experience with Leading and facilitating teams.
- Experience with Communicating technical details to stakeholders.
- Experience with Problem Solving.
