About the role
The Agile Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the adoption of Agile methodologies within the organization. They ensure that the team adheres to the principles of Agile, including iterative development, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews to keep the team aligned and informed.
- Coach and mentor team members in Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies.
- Work closely with product owners to ensure that the product backlog is prioritized and updated regularly.
- Identify impediments and work with the team to remove them, ensuring smooth progress towards goals.
- Ensure that the team maintains a high level of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Agile tools and frameworks such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
- Experience with Scrum Master certifications such as ScrumMaster Certified (SMC).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
- Experience with agile project management tools and techniques.

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
