About the Role
Our banking client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Agile Scrum Master to join their team in New York City, NY (hybrid). As an Agile Scrum Master, you will play an integral role in project management and software development, supporting multiple teams within an inclusive and innovative culture.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage meetings with business subject matter experts to gather and cross-reference requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Define, prioritize, and manage user stories using tools such as Jira, Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases, and Workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to ensure timely delivery of user stories that meet business needs.
- Participate in capacity planning and contribute to the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software.
- Support testing activities, including coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and analyze system effectiveness to recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Certification such as SAFe Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Product Owner (CSPO).
- At least 5 years of experience applying Agile methodologies, including User Stories, TDD, BDD, and Continuous Integration.
- Experience working with JIRA, including managing epics, releases, and PI planning.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Pay
Pay Range: $75-79/hr W2
Note: Due to client rules, we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2.
