Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile transformation by coaching 2-3 newly formed teams, transitioning them from traditional project delivery to Agile ways of working.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational, workforce, and role transformation, helping redefine operating models and team structures.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from delivery teams to executive leadership, through exceptional communication and influence.
  • Utilize Jira to manage Agile delivery, optimize workflows, and collaborate with Jira administrators on process improvements.
  • Establish and track Agile metrics to improve delivery visibility and foster continuous improvement.
  • C Conduct Agile maturity assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and develop targeted coaching strategies.
  • Apply Scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale to coordinate cross-team planning and dependency management.
  • Design and deliver role-specific Agile training for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and senior stakeholders.
  • Coach engineering teams on Agile technical practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and Pair Programming, to improve software quality and engineering excellence.
  • Leverage prior experience in Financial Services to navigate regulatory, compliance, risk, and complex enterprise delivery environments.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience leading enterprise Agile transformations.
  • Strong Agile coaching and mentoring expertise across multiple teams.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and driving organizational change.
  • Advanced knowledge of Jira and Agile delivery metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, or other scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Experience conducting Agile maturity assessments and delivering Agile training.
  • Strong understanding of Agile engineering practices (TDD, BDD, Pair Programming).
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services industry is required.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership skills.
