Agile Program Manager
This position is contingent upon contract award and is located in the National Capital Region covering Orlando, FL.
About the Role
The Agile Program Manager must possess a robust understanding of Agile principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies, and demonstrate a proven track record of successful leadership in Agile environments. This includes the ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Agile Program Manager will mentor team members in Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Agile frameworks while adapting to the unique needs of the supported Government organizations.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex Agile projects, showcasing their capability to navigate challenges and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The contractor shall implement Agile program management methodologies across all task areas to improve delivery speed, quality, flexibility, and responsiveness to the Warfighter and Partner Nation needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile projects from inception to deliverables completion.
- Manage projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Drive rapid iteration and feedback loops, particularly in software development or product management.
- Facilitate Agile transformations within organizations and implement Agile practices at scale.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management.
- Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proven experience leading at least 3 Agile projects from inception to completion.
Desired Skills
- Experience supporting Agile transformation initiatives within DoD or large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Agile Program Management practices and coordination with higher-level Agile leadership roles.
- Experience working in or supporting government or defense programs with complex, multi-stakeholder structures.
- Knowledge of Agile project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to adapt Agile practices to hybrid or scaled environments (e.g., SAFe).

Pay
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000
