Agile Coach project delivery Manager

About the role

The Agile Coach project delivery Manager is responsible for leading and transforming agile methodologies across various teams to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams on best practices, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and DevOps.
• Drive continuous improvement through regular feedback loops and process optimization.
• Oversee the implementation of Agile tools and frameworks to support team productivity and collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain agile documentation and artifacts to support team communication and decision-making.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT and project delivery experience.
• 3+ years as Agile Coach or Enterprise Agile Coach.
• Proven experience leading Agile transformations across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
