About the role
The Agile Coach project delivery Manager is responsible for leading and transforming agile methodologies across various teams to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Coach and mentor Agile teams on best practices, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and DevOps.
- Drive continuous improvement through regular feedback loops and process optimization.
- Oversee the implementation of Agile tools and frameworks to support team productivity and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain agile documentation and artifacts to support team communication and decision-making.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of IT and project delivery experience.
- 3+ years as Agile Coach or Enterprise Agile Coach.
- Proven experience leading Agile transformations across multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
