Job Summary
This role serves as a trusted advisor to internal teams, guiding the design, optimization, and governance of AI-driven workflows within the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience building Copilot Studio solutions and is passionate about enabling others to adopt and scale AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line advisor to business users and developers on Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Provide guidance on optimizing workflows and solution design using AI tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copilot Studio agents and automation workflows.
- Support the design, implementation, and enforcement of AI governance frameworks and guardrails.
- Partner with architecture teams to execute evolving solution designs.
- Lead onboarding and enablement activities, including training sessions, workshops, and hackathons.
- Guide teams on the end-to-end orchestration of AI-powered workflows across the Power Platform.
- Stay current on emerging Microsoft Copilot and AI features to advise on best practices.
- Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective AI adoption at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in Power Platform, automation, or related Microsoft technologies.
- Proven experience building solutions deployed to production environments.
- Experience in a consultative, advisory, or enablement-focused role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (building and deploying agents).
- Proficiency with Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate.
- Understanding of AI/GenAI workflows, conversational design, and orchestration patterns.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AI-driven workflows.
- Knowledge of enterprise application design, integration, and automation concepts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving AI environment.
- Preferred: Exposure to AI adoption, governance, or enterprise enablement initiatives.
- Plus: Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, or best practices frameworks.
