AI Product & Copilot Agent Specialist

We are seeking a highly technical and innovative professional with deep expertise in Generative AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and conversational AI solutions to design, build, deploy, and continuously improve AI-powered experiences for colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain custom GPTs, Microsoft 365 Copilot agents, and AI-powered chatbots for product management and colleague productivity use cases.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, including requirements gathering, prompt engineering, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Own and support existing AI products, including enterprise and organization-wide chatbots, ensuring high quality, reliability, and adoption.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related technologies to deliver innovative colleague experiences.
• Partner closely with Microsoft and other technology vendors to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, implement enhancements, and manage production deployments.
• Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to introduce new solutions that improve productivity and learning outcomes.
• Monitor agent performance, adoption, and engagement metrics using available reporting and analytics tools, including Microsoft Viva Insights and platform reporting capabilities.
• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and usage data to drive product enhancements and improve AI effectiveness.
• Establish measurement frameworks to assess business impact and colleague value.
• Partner with Technology Operations, Servicing, Product, and Engineering teams to monitor AI solutions in production and proactively address issues.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and support documentation.
• Establish operational processes for ongoing support, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, UX teams, Operations teams, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Act as a thought leader for responsible AI adoption and emerging AI technologies across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining Generative AI solutions in a professional environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, custom GPTs, or similar AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, conversational design, AI testing, and solution optimization.
• Experience monitoring and analyzing usage, adoption, and performance metrics to improve AI products.
• Proven ability to work with external technology vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid position based in New York City. Intermediate-level experience is required. The role is a contract position (W2 only).

Pay

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00 per hour.
