About the role

Avanciers Incorporated is hiring an Agentic AI specialist for a client. Role: Agentic AI (Senior AI Engineer – Agentic Workflows) focusing on production‑grade Python applications. Location: San Jose, CA (local candidate able to attend face‑to‑face client interviews). Contract position.

Responsibilities

• Design autonomous multi‑agent systems and stateful logic loops using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build advanced Agentic RAG architectures leveraging hybrid semantic search and vector databases.
• Connect LLM workflows securely to external environments via custom APIs, functions, and tool callings.

Requirements

• Strong Python coding skills.
• Deep experience with tracing and optimization using tools such as LangSmith.
