About the role
EP Wealth Advisors is seeking a dynamic Agentforce Salesforce Administrator to support our Salesforce AI roadmap. In this role, you will partner on designing, building, testing, and deploying AI Agents using Salesforce Agentforce. You’ll work closely with our Product and Development Team, key process owners, and vendor partners to ensure our Salesforce and extended technology ecosystem supports secure, compliant, and measurable AI-enabled workflows. Responsibilities
- Partner with product and functional leaders, end users, and vendor teams to design and solution AI use cases and deploy new business processes.
- Build agents with a clear focus on improving advisor and client experience – reducing friction, improving data quality, and enabling more timely, personalized interactions.
- Optimize Salesforce AI Agents using Agentforce, including:
- Defining agent goals, intents, and actions aligned to business outcomes
- Designing guardrails, escalation paths, and human handoff
- Building supporting Salesforce workflows and automations that enable agent outcomes
- Establishing and maintaining Data 360 pipelines and data readiness for agent use
- Ensure the successful operation of Salesforce applications, integrations, and related tools; recommend improvements aligned with best practices and governance.
- Conduct regular reviews of agent logs and performance to validate outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support Salesforce data quality and data processes; assist with data feeds and integrations with core systems in partnership with IT and vendors.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Risk, and Compliance to ensure AI agents follow EP’s governance standards, including data access, privacy, and controls.
- Collaborate with product managers to define and track key success metrics for AI agents and regularly iterate based on performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues across configuration, automation, permissions, and agent behavior; propose effective solutions and improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with strong platform ownership experience.
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud and Account Engagement; Slack strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience building Agentforce AI Agents and supporting AI workflows (or closely related Salesforce AI/bot solutions).
- Strong experience configuring and maintaining:
- Flow automation (screen flows and record-triggered flows), validation rules, and process design
- Salesforce object model and data architecture
- Sourcing data from external systems and unifying data for operational use
- Functional knowledge of Agent Topics, Prompt Templates, Data 360, and Slack.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning; familiarity with OmniStudio.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a track record of improving reliability and user experience.
- Experience working in Agile methodology.
- Excellent communication, organization, and self-management skills; ability to partner effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- APEX knowledge (helpful but not required); comfort partnering with developers on custom actions or integrations.
- Familiarity with DevOps/release tooling (e.g., Gearset) and/or GitHub basics.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin; Agentforce Specialist).
- Experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services.
Pay
$108,000 - $128,000 a year
