Responsibilities
- Administer user access by maintaining profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings in a way that protects sensitive legal information and supports least-privilege security practices.
- Configure and update core platform elements such as objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules to meet departmental needs.
- Maintain existing automations through troubleshooting, documentation, optimization, and updates to keep processes stable as business requirements change.
- Create and refine reports and dashboards that provide leadership and department managers with meaningful operational insight and visibility.
- Develop, test, and support advanced Salesforce Flow solutions, including screen flows, record-triggered flows, scheduled flows, subflows, and autolaunched automations.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business needs clearly, and translate them into configuration plans or well-defined escalation notes for technical teams.
- Deliver user support and training by resolving platform questions, guiding best practices, and helping teams use Salesforce effectively in their daily work.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding priorities, delivery timelines, system constraints, and solution trade-offs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Salesforce administration experience with direct ownership of platform configuration, automation, and user support.
- Advanced hands-on expertise with Salesforce Flow, including complex multi-path automation, error handling, and production-level support.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture related to data structure, security controls, and access management.
- Experience in legal, consulting, or other highly regulated environments is preferred, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams when custom development is involved.
Qualifications
- Required: Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Preferred: Platform App Builder certification.
Skills
- Proven ability to work directly with business users to collect requirements, manage requests, and deliver dependable solutions with clear communication.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms for research, summarization, communication drafting, and problem-solving.
