• Consult with individuals and businesses to understand their needs and recommend coverage that truly matters.
• Cross-sell a wide variety of insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and more.
• Build long-term relationships with support, reviews, and exceptional service.
• Surpass sales goals and help the agency soar to new heights.
• Stay sharp with ongoing product training and compliance awareness.
• Leverage CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals.
• Collaborate with your team to strategize and WIN!

Requirements

• 1+ year sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)

• Enthusiastic communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence on the phone and in closing sales

Pay

Compensation range: $55K – $75K
