Agent Development Architect - Senior

The opportunity is to shape innovative solutions that drive real business outcomes as an Agent Dev Architect. You'll collaborate with engineering teams, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and help clients transform their operations.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable, scalable solution architectures that deliver measurable results.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of target architectures.
- Participate actively in client working sessions, contributing insights and expertise on a daily basis.
- Track deliverable completion, project status, resource plans, and budgets to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Support sales opportunities and assist in the completion of RFP responses, helping to grow the business.
- Maintain engagement economics reports and contribute to resource planning.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
- 0-3+ years of relevant experience in developing AI systems.
- Specialized technical skills in technical solutions architecture, technology business requirements analysis, and cloud computing.
- Ability to analyze technical feasibility and conduct technology cost-benefit analysis.

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $106,900 to $176,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $128,400 to $200,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
