Agent Concierge

Responsibilities

• Install, update (riders), and remove listing signs across Lincoln.
• Increase in-person client needs such as coordinating hard signatures when required.
• Ensure listings are accurately and professionally represented in the field.
• Complete all assigned tasks within 24 hours (unless otherwise directed).
• Log each task in our tracking system with details and photo confirmation.
• Communicate proactively with the Operations Manager on any issues or delays.

• Reliable, responsive, and able to manage time independently.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable being on the go and navigating the Lincoln area efficiently.
• Takes ownership and communicates clearly.
• Service-minded with a team-first attitude.

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, detail-focused Agent Concierge to assist our agents and enhance the client experience by efficiently managing essential behind-the-scenes operations. This task-driven, autonomous role is ideal for a proactive individual who takes initiative, acts swiftly, and prides themselves on completing tasks accurately the first time.

$25.00 - $50.00 USD Hourly
