About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Agency Virtual Administrator to join the KiteTech Agency Consulting team. The purpose of this position is to provide high-quality virtual Applied Epic Administration support for KiteTech’s insurance agency clients who do not have the internal resources to manage these important tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a good understanding of insurance agency operations, excellent organization and communication skills, and a passion for supporting agency operations through technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day virtual system administration support for clients using Applied Epic
- Perform regularly scheduled virtual meetings with clients
- S securely handle sensitive and important information on behalf of agency clients
- Set up, run and review reports, and offer guidance to agency clients
- Facilitate processes within Applied Epic, including user management, security settings, and configuration with keen attention to detail
- Help in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting templates
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed
- Document system changes and project progress
- Meet scorecard goals related to efficiency, quality, training/development, and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new products and capabilities within Applied Epic and supported projects
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Understanding of insurance agency operations and workflows
- Strong ability to prioritize and work independently handling multiple client requests
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Proficient with M365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Possess reliable home internet connection for video meetings and a dedicated workspace
- Willingness and experience employing all elements of virtual meeting tools (i.e. cameras, meeting software, self-service appointment setting) to maximize the virtual consulting experience for clients
- 1-3 years of agency experience working with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems
- P&C Insurance license or the ability to get licensed
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
