Agency Growth Associate
The Role
Conveo's agency vertical has grown from a self-serve side-channel to a serious revenue line — ~$100k in revenue in March alone, 60+ active agency accounts, and a pipeline that includes names like WPP, Omnicom, Kantar, and Nielsen. The vertical is targeting 7-figure turnover in 2026 and needs its first dedicated growth hire to keep up with the momentum.
You'll report directly to Anton (who built the agency vertical from scratch) and join a small, high-output team. This is not a siloed SDR or CSM role — you'll run the full lifecycle: sourcing and closing new agency accounts, onboarding them onto the platform, driving adoption, and expanding usage across their researcher teams. You'll work with agencies ranging from boutique research firms to global holding companies.

What we are building at Conveo
