Agency Coordinator - Los Angeles

Responsibilities

  • Cook up patient referrals, authorizations, and provider orders
  • Manage clinician schedules and agency communications
  • Process patient documentation and insurance verifications
  • Be a go-between for patients, providers, referral sources, and internal teams
  • Smooth out transitions of patients into home health services
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements
  • Provide outstanding customer service and administrative support
  • Qualifications

    • Two or more years of experience in a healthcare, medical office, or patient care setting preferred
    • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and healthcare documentation systems
    • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work with a high level of accuracy
