About the role

TRULAND Equipment is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. We are a John Deere dealership committed to providing top-notch service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on John Deere products and services
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall dealership performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of John Deere products and services
