Afterschool Site Coordinator - Utah County Area

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and dynamic Afterschool Site Coordinator to lead an Afterschool Program at a Provo Elementary Site or Spanish Fork Site. As a Site Coordinator, you will manage the daily operations, safety, and leadership of your assigned afterschool site, creating an inclusive environment that fosters academic success, healthy lifestyles, and strong character development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee high-quality, culturally responsive youth development programs.
• Recruit, train, and coach site staff and volunteers to maintain an excellent 1:15 staffing ratio.
• Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and families to support student success.
• Manage site budgets, track attendance data, and run operations efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with youth (ages 5-18).
• Experience supervising staff/volunteers.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
