We are seeking a dynamic Site Director to lead our afterschool program at Mountain Trails Elementary in Eagle Mountain, Utah. In this role, you will drive high-quality youth development programming, supervise staff, and create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where kids can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee daily afterschool programs that promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character development.
- Recruit, supervise, and coach site staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture (maintaining a 1:15 ratio).
- Cultivate strong, positive relationships with school administrators, teachers, and families to support student success.
- Manage site budgets, attendance reporting, grant compliance, and maintain a physically and emotionally safe environment for everyone.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities with limited supervision.
- CPR/First Aid Certification and Food Handler Permit (or the ability to obtain within three months).
- Valid driver's license (if operating BGCUC vehicles).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with youth ages 5–18.
- Staff supervision experience.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.

Pay
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule
- Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Hours may vary slightly by site).
- School Year: August 1 - May 31 (Summer program opportunities vary by area).
