Afternoon Nanny Needed

We’re a family in the 78261 (Stone Oak) area looking for a dependable, structured, and kind nanny to support our 12-year-old daughter and 10-year-old son after school. We value strong communication, consistency, and a calm but engaging presence in our home. We’re hoping to find someone long-term who will become a steady, positive part of our kids' daily routine.

About the role

• Long-term, consistent position with a stable weekly schedule
• Pay: $17.50/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM
• Start date: August 13th

Responsibilities

• School pick-ups and safe transportation (use of family vehicle provided)
• Support homework and after-school routines
• Plan engaging indoor and outdoor activities
• Reinforce expectations and consistent boundaries
• Help guide sibling conflict calmly and confidently
• Light child-related clean-up

Requirements

• Prior nanny or structured childcare experience
• Organized, proactive, and confident leading routines
• Strong communicator
• Enjoys being active and outdoors
• Comfortable with gentle redirection and consistency
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
