About the role
We are seeking a Childcare Aide to join our Boston Scientific team in Maple Grove in the fall. Open to current high schoolers. Great opportunity for PSEO students or for an after-school job.
Responsibilities
- Work Monday-Friday (either afternoons or full day)
- Be at least 16 years old
- Travel to help out other schools in the area
- Enjoy working with children
- Have a positive work ethic and a team-centered attitude
- Be willing to learn and grow as an educator
Requirements
- Must be able to meet or exceed state qualifications for the listed position
- Previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work is preferred, but not required
- Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines
- Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations
- Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States
- Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations
- Has the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies

Hourly wage range: $16.75 - $17.45 (DOQ)
