Afternoon Community Amenities & Cleaning Attendant - Liberty Hill/Georgeto
Join Our Team! City Wide Facility Solutions – Austin is looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail‑oriented professionals to join our commercial cleaning and facility services team serving the Greater Austin area.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts
- Clean assigned buildings, common areas, and other designated spaces
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs
- Clean windows, windowsills, and other surfaces as assigned
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms
- Assist with event setup and cleanup before and after events
- Clean and maintain pickleball court areas and areas surrounding the pool
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked janitorial closets
- Follow all building‑specific cleaning, health, and safety procedures
- Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Respond professionally to reasonable customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
- Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Pass a background check
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Reliable, punctual, detail‑oriented, and able to work at a fast pace
- Commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures
- High school diploma or GED required
- Dependable transportation
- Availability to work the assigned schedule, including weekends when required
Benefits
This position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive cleaning motions throughout the shift. Team members must be able to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies and lift up to 35 lb.
Available Shifts
- Shift 1 – Morning
- Thursday‑Friday 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (30‑minute break)
