Aftermarket & Consumables Specialist

The Aftermarket & Consumables Specialist works within Lely's premium distribution channel, representing Lely to farmers to create a profitable, enjoyable, and sustainable future in farming while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction and efficiency in compliance with Lely's strategy and vision for the farm of the future. This role is responsible for transporting materials and chemicals to customers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining accurate delivery records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Transportation of Chemicals: Safely load, transport, and unload chemicals to designated locations, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Inventory: Responsible for keeping an accurate count of chemicals used and stored in the warehouse.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling and emergency response for hazardous materials.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the delivery vehicle to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
• On-Farm Testing: Chemical titrations and wash-ups on customers' farms, when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with ability to maintain throughout duration of employment
• CDL license and HAZMAT endorsement required (Lely Center Monroe willing to help the candidate obtain these)
• Ability to lift heavy loads (50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to complete Lely certifications
• Collaborate and assist with install, service, and sales colleagues when needed
• Ability to meet safety standards
