What You'll Do Every Day

• Design and deliver creative, age-appropriate curriculum for K–5
• Champion the physical, emotional, and developmental growth of each child
• Keep the classroom safe, energetic, and genuinely fun
• Build real relationships with kids, families, and fellow teachers
• Lead by example — model the warmth and curiosity you want to see

What You Bring

• Minimum qualification: MSDE 90-hour School-Age Certification, or a CDA with School-Age Endorsement
• Ideal candidates also have 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of child development and instructional strategies
• Knowledge of MSDE regulations
• A warm, friendly, and cool-tempered presence
• Solid communication skills — verbal and written
• Rock-solid reliability and punctuality
• Highly organized, able to juggle priorities and multitask
• A true team player who genuinely enjoys working with others

About The Campus

• Bells Mill/Potomac - Nestled in a quiet neighborhood between Cabin John Middle and Bells Mill Elementary Schools
• Darnestown/Gaithersburg - Situated in the heart of Darnestown, next to Darnestown Elementary School, close to Jones Lane

Pay Range

The Pay Range For This Role Is 20 - 25 USD per hour(Bells Mill) 20 - 25 USD per hour(Darnestown)
