Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and casework supervision to 4 Master’s-level/Case Planners
- Guides and supports supervisees in effectively prioritizing workloads to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
- Ensure that all required documentation (e.g., progress notes, intake assessments, service plans, and program forms) is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide staff with guidance and support in the planning, facilitation, and management of monthly parent and youth support groups
- Assist with outreach and recruitment efforts to maintain collaborative relationships with referral sources and community-based providers
- Accompany staff into the field for intakes, home visits, and other client-related activities as needed to provide support and oversight
- Offer coverage for staff as needed, including managing cases or attending visits in their absence
- Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to program models, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Coincide care and work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, pediatricians, nurses, education specialists, and fellow clinicians within a strength-based, interdisciplinary team model
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to promote staff effectiveness and retention
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and program planning activities
- Assist in resolving complex cases and addressing clinical or operational challenges
Requirements
- LMSW or LCSW from an accredited school required
- Three years Case Planning experience – or – Two years Case Planning experience and 1-year supervisory experience
- SIFI (Seminar in Field Instruction) certified or eligible for SIFI certification
Skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
- Demonstrated self-awareness and motivation to support team development
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred (eligible for salary differential)
