Aftercare Director - Mary of Nazareth School - Darnestown Maryland

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operation of the Extended Care Program.
• Supervising, scheduling, and supporting extended care staff.
• Ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations and maintaining all required documentation and records.
• Managing student attendance, parent communication, and program registration.
• Maintaining a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for all students.
• Ordering and maintaining program supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with school administration to ensure the program aligns with the mission and policies of Mary of Nazareth School.

Requirements

• Highest level of education from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in child care or related field preferred.
• First Aid Certification.

Benefits
