About the role
The After School Program Teacher will provide academic support and enrichment activities to students in grades K-5. The position includes planning lessons, facilitating small group activities, and supervising students during various program hours.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging academic lessons aligned with grade-level standards
- Facilitate small group activities to address individual student needs
- Supervise students during program hours, ensuring safety and compliance with policies
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance learning experiences
- Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills
Requirements
- At least an Associate’s degree or higher
- Official transcripts showing completion of 48 college units
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of CBEST or IA Exam/CODESP

Pay
The salary range for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is full-time (non-exempt), with flexible hours to accommodate the Extended Day Program and Beacon Sites.
