What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations for a school-age after-school program
- Coach, mentor, and support Group Leaders and Aides
- Foster a positive, welcoming environment where children feel safe, included, and excited to participate
- Plan engaging activities including games, enrichment projects, homework support, STEM, arts, and outdoor recreation
- Build strong relationships with families, school administrators, and community partners
- Oversee attendance, staffing, communication, and day-to-day program operations
- Develop your team while helping every child have an exceptional after-school experience
What You'll Need
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience leading or supervising groups of children
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Availability every Monday–Friday afternoon
