Falcons Beyond — Enrichment Program Positions (Grades K–12) About The Opportunity Join our Falcons Beyond team and play a meaningful role in providing high-quality, after-school enrichment opportunities for students in grades K–12. We're seeking enthusiastic, dependable individuals who enjoy working with kids of all ages and experience levels. There are opportunities to help plan each day, work with others to lead programs, and supervise student activities. This position will be available at various Falcons Beyond locations. Hours are approximately 2:30-5:00 with flexibility to work 1-5 days per week throughout the 2026-27 school year. Programming will begin September 21st, 2026. Program Schedule Falcons Beyond operates throughout the school year during after-school hours. Specific times vary by location. Possible Work Locations: Assignments may vary based on program needs and may include: Roosevelt Early Learning CenterJefferson ElementaryLincoln ElementaryFaribault Middle SchoolFaribault High School Preferred Qualifications One or more years of experience working with youth in an enrichment setting, after-school program, school-age care, or a related field is preferred.Training and experience in youth development.Currently enrolled in, on track for, or graduated from a postsecondary degree program. Required Qualifications Must pass a criminal background check.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to build positive relationships with youth.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. Compensation $16.24–$28.51 per hour, depending on position. Pay rate according to the Community Education Bargaining Agreement.
