After School Preschool Assistant

About the role

Faith Lutheran Preschool in Collierville, TN is seeking a qualified After School Preschool Assistant to work with Infant / Toddler (0–2), Preschool (3–5) in a faith-based program environment. This position requires a willingness to earn a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, with employer support.

Requirements

• Must be at least a High School graduate and by 21 years of age
• Must be of the Christian Faith
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to stand for at least three hours
• Must pass an FBI background check
• Must pass a health screening

Nice to have

• CPR/First Aid Training
• 1-2 Years of experience working in a Preschool childcare setting
• High Energy
• Ability to work well with others and as a team
• Good communication skills in English
