After-School Literacy Program Coach
About the role
Join our mission-driven team as an After-School Literacy Program Coach in Mesa. We are seeking passionate individuals who are committed to improving literacy rates among local students.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in grades K-5
- Develop and implement literacy programs tailored to student needs
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Maintain accurate records and report student performance to parents and administrators
- Collaborate with teachers and other educators to enhance classroom instruction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
- Strong reading comprehension and communication skills
- Experience working with children in a classroom or tutoring setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (for field trips)

Pay
Salary range: $25,000 - $35,000 annually
