About the role

Join our mission-driven team as an After-School Literacy Program Coach in Mesa. We are seeking passionate individuals who are committed to improving literacy rates among local students.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in grades K-5
  • Develop and implement literacy programs tailored to student needs
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records and report student performance to parents and administrators
  • Collaborate with teachers and other educators to enhance classroom instruction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
  • Strong reading comprehension and communication skills
  • Experience working with children in a classroom or tutoring setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (for field trips)

Pay

Salary range: $25,000 - $35,000 annually
