After School Fundraiser Planning Assistant

Responsibilities

• Aiding with event logistics, such as venue selection and layout planning
• Conducting research and securing in-kind donations, sponsorships, and raffle or auction items
• Supporting outreach efforts to recruit teams, individual players, and community sponsors
• Assisting with the creation of marketing and promotional materials like flyers, social media posts, and email communications

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with event planning, fundraising, or community outreach (preferred but not required)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Passion for youth development and the ASAS Cleveland mission
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Google Docs, email, spreadsheets) a plus
