After School Building Usage Coordinator, KD

KD Supplemental contract for the 2026-2027 school year. Salary range: Group 3, Level II – $2,502 to $2,729 for the school year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the scheduling, allocation, and usage of school buildings and facilities for after-school programs and community activities.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and procedures for facility use, safety, and maintenance.
• Communicate with program coordinators, staff, and external organizations to confirm reservations and address facility-related needs.
• Maintain accurate records of facility usage, including contracts, permits, and incident reports.
• Monitor building access, security, and cleanliness during after-school hours.
• Coordinate with custodial and maintenance staff to address facility issues promptly.
