After Sales Support Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the sales team by assisting with order processing, corporate paperwork and customer inquiries
  • Communicate and resolve issues between customers, sales personnel and administration
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

Experience

  • Knowledge of Home Improvement Products (Windows, Doors, Roofing, Siding and Floor Coverings: Hardwood, Ceramic, Carpet and vinyl)
  • Detail Oriented and Exceptional Follow-Up
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
  • Knowledge of retail math concepts and calculations

Qualifications

  • Full-time position
  • Pay range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

  • Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
  • Experience: 1 year required in Home Improvement
  • Work Location: In person
