Responsibilities
- Provide support to the sales team by assisting with order processing, corporate paperwork and customer inquiries
- Communicate and resolve issues between customers, sales personnel and administration
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Experience
- Knowledge of Home Improvement Products (Windows, Doors, Roofing, Siding and Floor Coverings: Hardwood, Ceramic, Carpet and vinyl)
- Detail Oriented and Exceptional Follow-Up
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
- Knowledge of retail math concepts and calculations
Qualifications
- Full-time position
- Pay range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
