AFMW Customer Project Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production and material requirements to meet customer specifications.
• Manage on-time delivery and recovery for delinquent orders.
• Ensure inventory turns are optimized.
• Ensure compliance with safety, production, materials management, customer service, quality, housekeeping, integrity, budgeted goals, and company policies.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Identify and address potential issues that could affect multiple systems or processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• APICS designation preferred
• Experience with Odyssey ERP preferred
• Three to five years of relevant foundry or manufacturing experience preferred
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before employees, communicate with customers, and interact with leadership
• Ability to manage schedules, consider resources, and communicate these needs effectively throughout the organization
