Affordable Property Manager (Part-Time)
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a part-time Affordable Property Manager for the 15-apartment community of Minerva Apartments. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and outstanding customer service.
About the Role
Minerva Apartments offers a laundry room as an on-site amenity. The Affordable Property Manager will handle day-to-day property management tasks, including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.

Pay
$22.00–$24.00 per hour
Schedule
- Part-time, 2 days per week (Monday–Friday)
- Office hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Weekly contracted hours: 16–19 hours

Responsibilities
- Marketing and maintaining property integrity
- Screening prospective residents
- Collecting rents and serving notices
- Developing reports and preparing agreements
- Performing bookkeeping tasks (e.g., rent collection, report preparation)
- Administering landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols
- Handling after-hours emergencies
Requirements
- Two (2) years of previous customer service experience
- One (1) year of previous property management experience
- Basic experience with MS365 (TEAMS, Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
Preferred: Previous Yardi Property Management Software experience.
