Affordable Housing Property Manager

Fort Myers, FL | Full-Time | Salaried Carteret Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee an affordable housing community in Fort Myers, Florida. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community, including resident relations, leasing and marketing, staff supervision, vendor management, purchasing, budgeting, and compliance. Affordable housing experience—particularly LIHTC—is strongly preferred. Experience with HUD or other affordable housing programs is also a plus.
