  • Represent affiliate in Adobe’s cross-functional AI Search operating model that aligns Affiliate, SEM, SEO, and emerging paid AI channels.
  • Partner with GEO analytics teams to measure and optimize citation visibility by LLM platform, connecting affiliate content to AI search outcomes.

  • Translate key promotions, launches, and AI search topic priorities into editorial content briefs.
  • Drive affiliate technical workstreams including new attribution measurement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of experience in brand and performance media strategy.
  • More than 4 years dedicated to affiliate marketing or partner program management, including hands-on work within network platforms like Partnerize or PepperJam.
  • Proven ability to build and manage complex, multi-channel programs end-to-end, from briefing through to performance analysis and optimization.
  • Well-versed in demand creation media strategies and ready to contribute to broader channel initiatives outside affiliate when needed.
  • Experience with sponsored editorial content and content-led performance programs; understanding of what makes a placement durable and discoverable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate program complexity into clear, concise updates for leadership.
  • Understanding of affiliate tracking mechanics, including last-touch attribution, click-less and view-through performance, and commission structures.
  • Familiarity with GEO, AI citation tracking, or how editorial content surfaces in LLM-generated answers is a strong plus.
