About the role
The Network Operations Manager is the technical backbone of the Everflow Marketplace. This position focuses on the demand side—working directly with marketplace advertisers & publishers to ensure their integrations are seamless and the data flow between systems is optimized for peak performance. The Network Operations Manager reports directly to the Head of Marketplace - Merchants, while working closely with the Customer Success support and technical solutions teams.
Responsibilities
- Traffic & Data Monitoring: Actively monitor marketplace traffic to identify and troubleshoot anomalies, technical spikes, or tracking discrepancies.
- Performance Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical resource for publishers and internal teams to diagnose, escalate, and resolve issues involving APIs, JS SDKs, and proprietary tracking.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to escalate critical bugs and provide field-based feedback to improve platform stability.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain updated internal FAQs and technical documentation specifically tailored to marketplace and publisher integration best practices.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: 3–5 years in an Affiliate Manager, Account Manager, Technical Solutions, or Network Operations role within the SaaS or Performance Marketing space.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Technical Ecosystems: Deep familiarity with the performance marketing and e-commerce landscape, including:
- E-commerce & Shopping Carts: Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Media Buying & Ad Networks: Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Meta Ads.
- CRMs & Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Performance Tracking: Expert understanding of tracking protocols, attribution models, and third-party tracking platforms.
Qualifications
- An analytical mindset: A strategic problem-solver who enjoys digging into data to find root causes and a "can-do" attitude toward fixing technical roadblocks.
- Technical Communication: Ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear documentation and actionable steps for internal teams and publishers.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable troubleshooting web technologies (APIs, JS SDKs, HTML, and Browser DevTools) in a high-volume data environment.

- Deep understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce landscapes.
- Expertise in tracking protocols, attribution models, and third-party tracking platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with both internal teams and external publishers.
